Emma Rush is an excellent guitarist from Canada.

Samuel Klemke is a guitarist from Weimar (Germany) who also was in contact with Louis Ignatius Gall several times when Louis was still alive.

 

The bond between Louis Ignatius Gall and Duo NIHZ was very special. Duo NIHZ was at Louis Ignatius' side when he passed away and noted down his last wishes which included this In Memoriam concert series. The last years of his life Gall was composing non-stop and 90% of these compositions are dedicated to Duo NIHZ.

Alexei Belousov (Israel) is a great guitarist and endorser of Louis Ignatius Gall. Together with Duo NIHZ Alexei Belousov also organizes the Louis Ignatius Gall Festival & Symposium in Nordhorn (Germany) every September.

Gergely Pázmándi (Hungary) is a saxophonist who used to study in Enschede and encountered Louis Ignatius Gall on several occasions. 

 

Thursday 7 November 2019 – Dmitry Omelchak, Duo NIHZ, young talents from Russia and Sweden

Dmitry Omelchak is the winner of Guitar Festival Nordhorn 2018 Competition. This multiple prize winner in several international competitions will play music from Spain and pieces by Louis Ignatius Gall

Young Talents are young guitarists from Sweden and Russia who won the prizes for best performers at the Louis Ignatius Gall Guitar Festival 2018. As part of their prize they make an appearance performing in this concert series.
